Welcome to Access to Care

Access to Care is a program designed to serve Summit County, Ohio residents who do not qualify for health insurance through their job, school or public programs, such as Medicaid, Medicare, or VA benefits. 
Access to Care is a volunteer-based health care network that matches eligible uninsured persons with volunteer primary care providers. 
Providers will provide regular care and referrals for volunteer-provided specialty care services, including limited pharmaceutical assistance.

Access to Care is not health insurance.  Access to Care cannot
guarantee free health care in all circumstances.
